Welcome Back – to The Soul Compass Card Reading!
The Soul Compass Reading is a seven-card reading in the Seeker’s Journey Guidebook. We started this reading in the April and June blogs before the summer break. It has been a while, so if you are a little foggy about where we are at no worries - I will get everyone up to speed in this blog.
I am excited about this seven-card reading because it is fun, inspiring, and it invites us to explore 7 mystical milestones on our spiritual journey.
Our intention for this 7-card card reading is….
“As seekers, what do we all need to know on our inner journey for our highest good?”
Let's review how this card reading works…
There are seven blogs in this series, one for each coordinate on our Soul Compass. This is Blog #3. The Soul Compass card spread is illustrated below.
The Soul Compass mystical co-ordinates are:
· Ego (East)
· Fate (South)
· Illumination
· True Self (West)
· Destiny (True North)
I will pull one Seeker’s Journey oracle card for each coordinate on our soul compass. Each direction - EAST, SOUTH, WEST and TRUE NORTH, will ask you to reflect on a question. The card I pull will help you answer the question, or it may open new insights, possibilities, or guidance that you can use in your life.
As you can see in the diagram, our first and last cards have been pulled for us.
Card One in the middle of the compass is the Soul Compass card and Card Seven is the Law of One card. The Soul Compass card provides a framework for our reading and the Law of One is our completion card.
The cards we explored in our first two blogs were Soul Compass and Wisdom.
Card #1 -The SOUL COMPASS card was not pulled. It was placed in the center of the compass to activate our journey.
Card #2 – EGO position (EAST) Our Question Was: What has been holding us back or causing us to lose power on our inner journey?
Card #2 was - WISDOM ( shown below)
Cate’s Added Guidance on the Wisdom Card: You are invited to explore an inner wisdom that is beyond your ego, chronological age, and life experience. When we access and trust our inner wisdom the challenges and situations that cause us to lose power dissolve.
Inner wisdom is an intuitive gift from our soul that we all have. It is a deeper knowing that invites us to move beyond the demands, fears, and limiting beliefs of our ego and the physical world. To know, trust, and act on our inner wisdom opens new possibilities and the highest potential in each moment. When you don’t know how to react in a situation, ask for higher guidance and direction from your inner wisdom.
We are all caught up! Let’s pull Card #3 in the Fate position (SOUTH)
Card #3 – FATE (SOUTH) Our Question: What do we need to do,
co-create, or surrender to avoid setbacks or failures on the spiritual path?

Cate’s Added Guidance: The Meditation Card reminds us that meditation is a spiritual superpower that can deepen our spiritual practice and transform our everyday life. When we rest in loving awareness, surrender, and accept each moment just as it is, we discover the inner peace and fulfillment we are seeking.
Meditation helps us rise above our everyday challenges and setbacks. It is one of the best spiritual practices to experience higher levels of consciousness, and it offers us a mystical path to our True Self and the Divine.
Meditation in the Fate position on our compass, tells us our meditation practice can transform our lives and our destiny. Meditation is not trying to get anywhere; it is accepting where we already are and being here now in the present moment. There is a new awakened awareness flowing through us. We show up differently for life, and life shows up differently for us. Meditation allows us to discover our true self, embrace a new way of life, and create the fate we desire.
