Mirror Mirror Burning Bright - can you see my Truth & Light?

Updated: Jan 29, 2021

Welcome 2021!

Wherever you are in the world, 2021 has finally arrived offering all of us a fresh start, new possibilities, and, most importantly, hope.

I selected the Reflection card for our first blog in 2021 because it is about endings and new beginnings. It also invites us to pause, go within, and quietly reflect on our personal spiritual journey in 2020.

How far have you come?

In what ways do you want to deepen your spiritual life in 2021?

What do you deeply desire to create in 2021?

Last year, about this time, we reflected on our spiritual journey as a group of virtual seekers travelling together. To explore this idea, I pulled together the18 cards in the order they appeared in our card readings throughout 2019. I was curious. In addition to our personal insights and messages, did the cards also have a collective message for us a group of soul seekers.

What I discovered was, that these 18 cards, in the order they appeared, did lay out the framework and mystical tools we all need to make the interior journey!

The spiritual path is never linear, but these cards worked together to map out the knowledge, steps, and experiences required for all seekers. This journey is

about discovering the truth of who we are and experiencing a deeper relationship with our soul.

Our Soul Seekers’ Journey - Reflections chart ( part one ) with these 18 cards is available for you to save or print in the blog Mirror, Mirror on the Wall (Feb.2020)

Our Soul Seekers’ Journey - Reflections chart ( part two ) is happening right now in this blog!

The 12 cards in our readings throughout 2020 continued to map out the next part of our spiritual journey.

The cards in the chart below are in the order they appeared in each card reading. They were all pulled intuitively, with a few exceptions. Somehow the Jump card got missed, so I added it at the end. The Soul Power card was set aside from the beginning because it holds the energy of all the cards and anchors the end of our journey. The Mystical Law cards in this deck were not part of our inquiry.

Our Soul Seekers’ Journey - Reflections chart ( part two ) picks up where we left off almost exactly one year ago! We begin with our 9th card reading in the blog Stumbling, Strolling & Jumping on the Soul Seeker’s Journey (March 30,2020).

The notes below the chart describe how the cards work together to reveal their wisdom and how they fit into our collective spiritual journey. You do not need to go back and read the blogs, but they are listed as a resource if you want more information.

Our Soul Seekers’ Journey – Reflections (Part Two)

Where have we been in 2020? - Strolling & Jumping on Our Soul Seekers’ Journey.

(Blog- March 2020)

The spiritual journey is a mystical experience and cannot be navigated by the mind. The second part of the journey must be experienced outside our comfort zone. We often feel like we are stumbling, strolling, or jumping on our spiritual path. The spiritual journey is never linear, and we experience many setbacks and challenges. As human beings, we continue to carry a lot of fear and baggage from our mind and ego.

The Faith, Chakras and Compassion cards are the perfect invisible tools to begin the second half of our journey. In fact, we cannot go any further without experiencing the essence of these three cards. They are required for all soul seekers!

Faith: This card is upside down because we are taking a leap of faith into our interior world and the mystery of the unknown. This is the invisible world behind our eyes that includes everything we sense but cannot physically see. Faith is our ability to trust in, and surrender to, a power that is greater than us. (use whatever name you call the power that is greater than you)

Chakras: This card is alive and vibrating with energy! The 7 chakras are our invisible energy centers. They channel our life force energy from the mystical realm into our mind, body, and spirit. They balance our overall health and well-being physically and spiritually. A basic understanding of the 7 chakras is required to navigate the interior journey.

The Compassion card invites us to jump into a new level of awareness through our heart center (4th chakra). In this transcendent space we can release the long-standing fears and patterns that our mind and ego continue to hold on to.

Compassion is the gift of loving kindness from our soul that we are all born with and cannot live without. On the spiritual path we are required to ignite this gift for ourselves and extend it to others. When we work to heal ourselves, we heal the world.

Riding the Wave! As we Grow - We begin to Flow

We are Family…Get up everybody and Dance, (Blog May 12, 2020))

In our 10th card reading the Play, Present Moment and Flow cards teamed up to illustrate how we can instantly shift and experience a higher level of consciousness. Our spiritual path is about finding new ways to grow and flow on the inside in the invisible world of unlimited possibilities.

No matter what our chronological age, we all have an inner child that yearns to come out and play. The Play card invites us to bring more laughter, excitement, joy, and silliness into our life. Play instantly pulls us into our being and the Present Moment. The present moment is where everything happens. It is vertical, mystical, and not in linear time. When we open this portal, we “ride the wave” and begin to Flow with Life.

When we are present, we grow and expand on the inside. In this sacred space we can sense and feel ourselves flowing effortlessly because we are co-creating with our soul and a Divine Power or Intelligence that is greater than us.

The Power of Choice, Emotions & Wisdom

When you’re Smiling. (Blog June 2020)

Our 11th card reading presented us with two mystical tools that provide deep insights into the heart and soul of the seekers’ journey. There is a halo above these 2 cards because they choose to respond rather than react to situations and challenges in their life. They choose the wisest response and hold an energetic space for others to follow.

We make choices ever moment of every day and we react to situations based on our thoughts and perceptions. Our thoughts generate Emotions. All our emotions, from love to fear, are an important part of our interior guidance system.

As seekers we choose to respond rather than react to difficult people and situations. We choose emotions that move us and others towards greater feelings of well-being and balance for all involved.

We connect with an inner Wisdom from our soul that is deeper than our age and life experience. We come to know and trust this deeper level of wisdom and guidance.

Everyone has choice, but seekers have wisdom!

We fill Our Journey with Grace and Magic(

Move with the Magic. (Blog August 2020)

Meditation and Prayer are two spiritual practices that invite us to transform from the inside out, at the core of our being. They both offer a transcendent space to cross the mystical bridge between our physical and interior worlds.

These practices allow us to shift within and experience a higher level of awakened consciousness beyond our thinking mind and ego. We find ourselves resting within the sacred stillness of our being that is always alive with guidance, grace, and the essence of the Divine. An intimate spiritual practice (created by you) is required on the spiritual journey to get us out of our mind and into our heart and soul. A prayer and / or meditation practice is required for all seekers!

Synchronicity is the last card on this leg of our spiritual journey. Synchronicity is when unusual forces or unrelated events gather at the cosmic level (outside space and time) and manifest something just for you in linear or chronological time. These magical moments amaze us, and they only make sense to you.

Synchronicity is the mystical language of the soul and how the Divine shows up in the details of our life.

The soul and the Divine are always working to get our attention through signs, symbols, feeling, smells, wisdom, visions and much more. Synchronicities are not logical or rational, but we all experience them. Unfortunately, we often ignore or brush them off as coincidences or simply good luck.

As seekers on a spiritual path, our job is to actively listen and discover how our soul communicates with us. We are asked to act on the messages, insights and guidance received from the mystical realm.

The spiritual journey is never lonely because we are always co-creating and manifesting with our soul and the Divine. They are our eternal power partners that never leave us!

The soul always directs us towards our highest potential and the deeper truth of who we are. It has a purpose and a plan and wants to use our gifts and talents to move us forward and awaken our spiritual consciousness. When we light up the world with our unique presence, we shine a bright light for others to follow.

Seekers evolve and move with the magic of the Universe!

Jumping into Our Soul Power

Sensing what you cannot see! (Blog Oct. 2020 )

Ancient Wisdom & Endless Possibilities (Blog Dec. 2020)

The last two blogs in 2020 featured the Soul Power card. These blogs were not readings but an exploration of the power, gifts, and jewels of our soul. The Soul Power card is the final card in the deck before the Mystical Law cards. It holds the energy and grace of all the cards.

The Soul Power card is not really an ending, because our soul is infinite. It symbolizes new beginnings, unlimited possibilities, and the awakening of our spiritual consciousness both personally and collectively.

Our soul is the essence or spark of the Divine Intelligence within each one of us. Our soul is fully empowered and yearns for us to find the wholeness within our being that we are all seeking. This card guides us home towards the sacred, our life purpose, and the Oneness that is woven through everyone and everything in the universe.

We Jump into empowerment as we come to know and experience the essence of our true self and soul.

Whether we are just starting our spiritual journey or a seasoned traveler, these cards will continue to offer us all wisdom, guidance, and ton of fun in 2021!
